Version Numbering

• Version numbers increase with each release.
• Version numbers of modules other than the xmlroff module match the version number of their associated xmlroff version.
• Minor numbers increment and the 'micro' number resets, e.g., from 0.4.3 to 0.5.0, when the libfo interface changes.
